The Details

The InHOME commercial center is a unique project designed to further develop the infrastructure of Marbella and make the life of citizens and visitors of the city even better and provide the city with additional office space, luxury boutiques, and a terrace with a food court.

The commercial center contains:

1. Convenient and spacious outdoor and underground parking with a total area of 870 m2.

2. Semi Basement reserved for 4 office premises. At the request of our clients, we can offer to connect some rooms. The total area is also 870 m2

3. The Ground floor is designed as a retail space, according to the idea of our architects, luxury boutiques will be located here. A large amount of sunlight and panoramic windows will most advantageously emphasize the beauty of the space and allow you to arrange luxurious showcases. A restaurant with an open terrace of 150 m2 will make the center more visited.

4. First Floor is also designed for office space. This floor is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable work, including meeting rooms. There is an elevator on the floor. As well as panoramic windows with stunning views of the sea.

5. Terraces include a rooftop food court with panoramic sea views. It is also being considered to equip part of the terraces with solar panels because we are for the environment.
