I consent to INVESTHOME 2015, S.L. processing my personal data (name, phone number, email, city, company details) to review my application for access to the Professional Portal, verify my identity, administer my agent account and organize property viewings, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights. I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to coordinacion@investhome.es, and I may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). This consent remains valid until withdrawn from my personal account.
